Our community's stories have taken root!
Join the Kennett Trails Alliance for the debut of Reflections of Our Roots, the 2026 Art on the Greenway installation led by Philadelphia artist Phillip Adams.
Inspired by the American Sycamore, this community-built tree sculpture brings together hundreds of sycamore leaves painted, drawn, and written on by community members throughout the year. Each leaf tells a story, and together, they create a space for reflection, connection, and shared roots along the Kennett Greenway.
Stop by to experience the finished installation, meet artist Phillip Adams, and leaf your mark during one final community painting activity!
While you're here, enjoy Bike Fest happening nearby on Birch Street. It's an afternoon of art, cycling, creativity, and community along the Kennett Greenway.
Free and open to the community.
